to reinstall it, and it says it doesn't exist anymore. Am I screwed or is there another way I can re-download the software? Any help would be great, seeing as how Creative's support doesn't exist.

I see. Does that happen for all browsers? Have you tried copying the link and pasting it instead of just clicking on it?

There may be a networking issue somewhere between you guys and the support.creative.com site. It's been loading fine each time I look at it to pull the links I've been posting.
There's not much I can recommend beyond trying their site again later and see if the issue is resolved. While third-party sites like Pahanda mentioned can be helpful in situations like this, it's not something I can officially recommend. You should definitely be careful when deciding to use them.
