to reinstall it, and it says it doesn't exist anymore. Am I screwed or is there another way I can re-download the software? Any help would be great, seeing as how Creative's support doesn't exist.

'Service Unavailable' is what it gives me each time I go to it.

I see. Does that happen for all browsers? Have you tried copying the link and pasting it instead of just clicking on it?

It does it for all browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. I've even disabled my antivirus and antimalware to see. It is still doing it. I'm at a loss.

You're unable to reach any point of the http://support.creative.com site with any browser?
Try flushing your DNS and see if the issue persists.

II'm running Windows 8 (a travesty, I know) and flushed the DNS, and retried it all on the different browsers and can't connect to ANY part of http://support.creative.com/ still.

The entire support.creative.com server is 503'ing. Each and every request. Looks like somebody at Creative Labs REALLY fouled something up.
This is a third-party site with what it claims are the drivers:

I can't vouch for the validity of it, but.. it might be worth a shot.

There may be a networking issue somewhere between you guys and the support.creative.com site. It's been loading fine each time I look at it to pull the links I've been posting.
There's not much I can recommend beyond trying their site again later and see if the issue is resolved. While third-party sites like Pahanda mentioned can be helpful in situations like this, it's not something I can officially recommend. You should definitely be careful when deciding to use them.
